Orders, Payment & Postage

ALL items must be paid for at the time of placing your order.  This can be achieved by way of Pay Pal, Money Order or via Direct Deposit (please contact us for bank details).
 
We offer all available postal methods through Australia Post and together with their costs, a further cost of $2.50 is charged for packaging. These fees are on top of the product price.  If you require registered mail or express post these services will cost more than regular post.  So, again please contact us with your requirements. 
 
Orders made through PayPal automatically incur a 10% fee for postage and packaging.
 
If for some reason you place an order and don't hear back from me within a week PLEASE PLEASE ring me or email me.
 
As each item is hand made and most of the materials used have to be ordered and sent to me from interstate, whilst we do have most items in stock,  in situations where we need to make an order specifically for you we aim to ensure a delivery time of between four to eight weeks from the time we receive your order and payment. 
 
Delivery time also depends on the size/quantity of your order and the stock we do have available at any given time.  However, should there be any delay beyond the maximum eight week time frame, for any reason, you will be notified.

Returns

We aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

NO refunds however will be given, but if for some reason you are not happy with your completed item, we are more than happy to replace it for you upon return to us of the item you are not happy with.
